I am particularly interested in how thoughtful questions, careful evidence, and better learning systems can influence both medical training and patient care.

Contributing as the core organizing committee member of a national-level medical quiz integrating Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, and Community Medicine.

Kedia School, Birgunj, as part of the UDAAN Project under Nepal Health Corps - NMC, focusing on understanding mental health, promoting mental wellbeing, recognizing early signs of deteriorating mental health, identifying factors contributing to mental health problems, and learning effective coping strategies to maintain good mental health.
